We inform the public that, due to the high temperatures, today, Thursday, 24.07.2025, the opening hours of the following sites:

a) The Palace of Aigai, the Ancient Theatre of Aigai, and the Necropolis–Royal Cluster of the Temenids, within the Archaeological Site of Aigai,
b) The Ancient Theatre, the Nymphaeum, and the Macedonian Tombs of the Judgment and Anthemia, within the Archaeological Site of Mieza, and
c) The Old Metropolitan Church of Veria,

will be modified during the midday hours.
These sites will remain closed from 13:00 to 18:00.

We also inform the public that the Byzantine and Post-Byzantine monuments of Imathia — including the Churches of the Resurrection of Christ, Saint Patapios, Saints Kyrykos and Ioulitta, Saint Anna of the Agora, Saint Vlassios, Annunciation of the Virgin, Saint Nicholas of Makariotissa, The Great Theologian, Saint Nicholas Monk Anthimos, Panagia Valtesini, Saint George Mikros, Saint Andrew Kyriotissa, and Saint Demetrios of Palatitsia — will remain closed after 13:00.
