Adjustment of Opening Hours for Archaeological Sites and Monuments under the Ephorate of Antiquities of Imathia due to Heatwave

We inform you that, due to high temperatures, today, Monday, 21 July 2025, the opening hours for the following sites will be modified during midday:

A: The Palace of Aigai, the Ancient Theatre of Aigai, and the Necropolis–Royal Cluster of the Temenids, within the Archaeological Site of Aigai, and
B: The Ancient Theatre, the Nymphaeum, and the Macedonian Tombs of the Judgment and of the Palmettes (Αnthemion), within the Archaeological Site of Ancient Mieza

will remain closed from 13:00 to 18:00.

Additionally, please note that visits to the Byzantine and Post-Byzantine monuments of the Kyriotissa quarter will be suspended between 12:00 and 15:00.
